This 7-day trek to Everest area features the cultures of Sherpa’s along with the great views of Mt.Everest and many other Himalayan peaks. Accompanied by a Sherpa guide, you stay for two nights and acclimatize to the altitude at Namche Bazaar which is the hub of all trekking and climbing in the Everest region. You have the option to take a day hike to the beautiful twin-villages of Kunde and Kumjung. Later trek to Sherpa Buddhist monastery at Thyangboche situated below the flanks of Mt.Everest. Look for the rare musk deer and the national bird of Nepal- the colorful Danphe (Pheasant). All above, enjoy the most spectacular mountain scenery on the face of this earth. Along the way overnight at comfortable lodges run by the charming Sherpas who have won many admires for their hard work and endurance. Day 1 Arrive in Kathmandu

Welcome and pickup from airport/ transfer to hotel.
Day 2 Guided city tour of Kathmandu

Visit the historical and cultural sites of Kathmandu/ trek preparation.
Day 3

Fly Kathmandu-Lukla / trek to Phakding/Overnight.
Day 4

Trek to Namche Bazaar (Getaway to Mt.Everest overnight).

Day 5

Day at Namche Bazaar for acclimatization / optional day hike to Khunde and Khumjung villages/ overnight.
Day 6

Trek to Thyangboche monastery/ overnight.
Day 7

Trek to Namche/ continue to Monjo/ overnight.
Day 8

Trek to Lukla/ overnight.
Day 9

Fly Lukla-Kathmandu. Receive from airport and transfer to hotel.

Day 10

Transfer airport/ Departure to your next destination.
