A 10 day trek to Dudh Kundra passes through Kaku, Basa, Taksindu and Beni, taking you through dense forests of rhododendron and a variety of wildlife. Dudh Kundra (literally means milky lake) is believed to be a holy lake and the locals believe that taking a dip in the holy waters will have the wishes granted.

Day 1

Meeting upon arrival at Kathmandu International airport by our representative, transfer to hotel.
Day 2

City tour of Kathmandu. Visit their historical and cultural sites of Kathmandu.
Day 3

Fly to Phaplu and trek to Chayalsa, overnight at tented camp.
Day 4

Trek to Kaku / overnight tented camp.
Day 5

Trek to Khastap / overnight tented camp
Day 6

Trek to Nunthala / overnight tented camp.
Day 7

Trek to Sarkari Pati / overnight tented camp.
Day 8

Trek to Beni / overnight tented camp.
Day 9

Trek to Dudh Kundra / overnight tented camp.
Day 10

Trek to Taksindu Pass / overnight tented camp.
Day 11

Trek to Phaplu / overnight tented camp.
Day 12

Fly back to Kathmandu / pick up / overnight at hotel.
Day 13

Transfer to airport / departure to your own destination.

  • Accommodation in Kathmandu on bed and breakfast basis as per the itinerary.
