Even though the shadows of the Mt. Kailash don’t bestow upon the lake itself, it still is described to be one of the purest fresh water lakes in the world. Having said that, it has the shape of a pear with the widest part being 26 km long. Upon reaching the lake one can see that the lake water is crystal clean and radiance blue under the brightness of the sunlight. As Lake Mansarovar is considered to be a divine place together with Mt.
